Services

  • Modo Global provides branding, image consulting, and digital services to clients.

  • Services are provided as described in the client agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties (This includes contracts or agreements to terms of service).

  1. Booking and Payment

    • When appropriate, clients must sign a client agreement and pay a non-refundable deposit of 33% to secure their booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the start of the service unless otherwise specified in the client agreement.

    • All payments must be received in order to receive services unless otherwise stated by Modo Global.

    • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy below.

  2. Refund Policy

    • Due to the nature of our high-ticket services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the service has been purchased.

    • If Modo Global cannot fulfill the service described in the client agreement due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued.

    • If the client cancels the service before it begins, the non-refundable deposit or full payment will not be returned. Any additional payments may be refunded at Modo Global's discretion.

  3. Chargebacks and Disputes

    • In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the client agrees to contact Modo Global first to seek a resolution before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

    • If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication with Modo Global, the client agrees to pay any fees associated with the chargeback and may be liable for additional costs incurred by Modo Global in disputing the chargeback.

  4. Client Responsibilities

    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for Modo Global to deliver the agreed-upon services.

    • Clients must communicate any concerns or issues promptly to allow for a resolution (email info@modoglobal.com).

    • Clients agree to follow any guidelines, instructions, or recommendations provided by Modo Global as part of the service.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by Modo Global as part of the service remain the property of Modo Global.

    • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own personal or business use but may not share, sell, or distribute the materials without express written permission from Modo Global.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    • Modo Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

    • Modo Global's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

  7. Governing Law

    • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Georgia, USA.

  8. Amendments

    • Modo Global reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, with the updated terms taking effect upon posting on our website.
